Travel Itinerary

Day 1-> Sunday, October 27

Meet for mid- afternoon departure at O’Hare Airport on American Airlines for overnight non-stop transatlantic flight; dinner served on the flight

Day 2 -> Monday, October 28

Continental breakfast served on flight. Private transportation to the Clermont London
Hotel for 8-night accommodations in a Deluxe Double or Deluxe King room. Welcome luncheon cruise down the River Thames with beer, wine, and transfers included.

Day 3- Day 8 -> Tuesday, October 29-Monday, November 4

Tickets and transportation are included to five London theatre evening performances selected by Kyle Dougan, Artistic Director of Music Theater Works. A full hot breakfast buffet is included each morning, including November 5.

Day 9 -> Tuesday, November 5

Mid-morning transportation from hotel to London airport. Non-stop transatlantic flight (in-flight meal served) to Chicago.

About the Clermont London Hotel

Situated on the Strand at Charing Cross Station, The Clermont London, Charing Cross is just a few steps from the most central point in London.

That also means many of the Capital’s must- see attractions including Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, London Eye, West End and Covent Garden Market are all within a few minutes’ walk from our front door.

The London River Cruise on Dayt 2 is not a private carter and if there are delays, the boat will not wait. There are no refunds or replacements

Optional Upgrades

There are a limited number of optional upgraded seats on flight. The additional cost for these optional upgraded seats are listed on the airline website and only available for purchase after tickets are issued.

Rates (in US dollars)

$10,000 per person or $18,000 per couple. A $1000 down payment is due to hold your spot for this London Theatre Tour. Payment plans are available. Final payment is due six weeks prior to travel.

Minimum Attendance

The London Theater Tour Trip must have a minimum number of 10 attendees in order to happen. Those who have signed up will be notified at the latest six weeks prior to the trip. If the trip is canceled due to low sign up all funds will be returned.
